1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

By accessing, registering on, or using the betzo Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the betzo Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms that may apply to individual offers.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the betzo Platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your Account.

betzo reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, betzo will provide reasonable advance notice through the Platform or via the email address associated with your Account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility

Access to and use of the betzo Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active betzo Account.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether imposed by betzo or by any other licensed gaming operator.
• You must not have had a previous betzo Account suspended, restricted, or closed for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal conduct.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You confirm that the funds used on the betzo Platform are not derived from any illegal or criminal activity.

betzo reserves the right to decline registration or to suspend any existing Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to betzo's satisfaction. Such decisions are made at betzo's sole discretion and are not subject to appeal.

4. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of betzo services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one registered betzo Account. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity or under different names or aliases — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances contained therein.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betzo Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication methods enabled on your Account. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. betzo will never request your password through any communication channel.

• You must notify betzo immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• betzo will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• betzo may temporarily suspend your Account as a precautionary security measure where suspicious activity is detected.

KYC Verification: betzo reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including government-issued photo identification and proof of address — at any point before processing a withdrawal or when required by betzo's compliance obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by betzo may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

All financial transactions on the betzo Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). betzo does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion facility is provided through the Platform.

Accepted Payment Methods: betzo currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, and Meezan Bank. betzo reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within your betzo Account dashboard and are subject to change.
• Deposits are credited to your Real Money balance upon confirmed receipt by betzo's payment processor.
• betzo does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• betzo reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion, including where fraud prevention checks require further review.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits on your betzo Account, subject to KYC verification.
• betzo targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the betzo FAQ section; actual delivery times depend on your payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or held pending where your Account is under review, where KYC documentation is outstanding, or where betzo has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or money laundering activity.
• betzo reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

betzo may, at its discretion, offer promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback awards, and other incentive programmes to eligible Players from time to time. All such offers are governed by these general Terms and by the specific promotional terms published alongside each individual offer.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion. Bonus Funds that remain subject to an unmet Wagering Requirement at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Only bets placed using Real Money Funds count towards Wagering Requirements unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• betzo reserves the right to impose game-specific contribution rates toward Wagering Requirements. Slot games may contribute at a different rate than live casino games or sports bets — refer to the individual promotion for applicable rates.
• betzo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or where technically required.
• A Player may only claim each betzo welcome or first-deposit bonus once. Duplicate Accounts created to claim the same promotion will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and Account suspension.

7. Sports Betting Rules

betzo's sports betting service covers cricket, PSL matches, international Test and T20 tournaments, UFC events, and other sports markets as made available on the Platform. All sports bets are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published within the sports betting section of the betzo Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once confirmed by betzo's system and a bet reference number has been issued. betzo reserves the right to reject any bet prior to confirmation without providing a reason.
• Odds: Odds displayed on the betzo Platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time your bet is accepted by the system.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are subject to acceptance delays for technical and integrity reasons. betzo reserves the right to void any in-play bet accepted in error following a significant event in the relevant match.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where betzo determines that a market was offered in error. Staked amounts on void bets are returned to the Player's Real Money balance.
• Match Fixing: betzo cooperates with sports integrity bodies. Any Account suspected of involvement in match fixing or suspicious betting activity will be suspended immediately and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.
• Maximum Winnings: betzo applies maximum payout limits per event and per day as published on the Platform. betzo reserves the right to limit any Player's stakes at its sole discretion.

8. Casino Games

betzo's casino service includes slot games, live dealer tables, and other casino-style products made available through the Platform. All casino games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

• RTP: Return-to-Player percentages for individual slot titles are verified by the game provider and available within each game's information panel. These figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee outcomes for individual sessions.
• Game Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, betzo reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the Player's balance. betzo's logged game data shall be the definitive record in the event of any dispute.
• Live Casino: Live dealer game sessions are governed by the rules visible on-screen during each session. Where a live dealer error occurs, the affected round may be voided and the stake returned at betzo's discretion.
• Progressive Jackpots: Where progressive jackpot games are available on betzo, jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. betzo reserves the right to withhold payment pending verification of the win's integrity.

9. Responsible Gaming

betzo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides all registered Players with tools to manage their gaming activity. betzo takes its obligation to protect vulnerable players seriously and encourages all Players to make active use of the available tools.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic session duration reminders to be notified when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may apply a temporary restriction on their Account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours). During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be used to place bets or deposit funds.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or time-limited self-exclusion through their Account settings or by contacting betzo support. A self-exclusion will take effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

betzo reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account at its sole discretion where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a Player may be experiencing gambling-related harm.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betzo Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, the forfeiture of any balance, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one betzo Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with betzo.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the betzo Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or loopholes in betzo's software, games, or promotional systems.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Money laundering, fraud, or using the betzo Platform to conduct any activity that is illegal under applicable law.
• Attempting to use betzo's payment systems to conduct transactions unrelated to genuine gameplay.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to betzo without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with betzo's support team.
• Accessing betzo's Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, where the Player is aware of such prohibition.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the betzo Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and interface design — is the proprietary property of betzo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betzo Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to full compliance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any betzo content for commercial purposes.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the betzo Platform or its underlying software.
• Use betzo's trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without prior written consent from betzo.
• Frame or mirror any part of the betzo Platform on any other website or digital property without betzo's prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of betzo's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence to use the Platform and may result in legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betzo's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided thereunder shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

betzo shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Loss arising from interruption, delay, or unavailability of the betzo Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond betzo's reasonable control.
• Loss arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.
• Loss arising from a Player's reliance on any information published on the betzo Platform that does not constitute professional advice.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit betzo's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by betzo's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

betzo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the agreement between you and betzo. By registering an Account on the betzo Platform, you acknowledge and consent to betzo's data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

betzo collects only the personal data necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, and comply with betzo's legal and regulatory obligations. betzo does not sell your personal data to third parties.

14. Amendments to These Terms

betzo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — betzo will provide a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice via a notice published on the Platform or via email to the address registered on your Account.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive effect of any provision, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law) may take effect immediately upon publication.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the betzo Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

15. Dispute Resolution

betzo is committed to resolving any Player complaints or disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of betzo's services, you should first raise the matter with betzo's customer support team by contacting [email protected].

Internal Complaints Procedure:

1. Initial Contact: Submit your complaint in writing to betzo's support team with full details of the issue, your Account username, and any supporting evidence.
2. Acknowledgement: betzo will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours of submission.
3. Investigation: betzo will investigate the matter and aim to provide a written resolution within fourteen (14) calendar days of acknowledgement. Where additional time is required, betzo will notify you and provide an estimated resolution timeline.
4. Final Decision: betzo's written decision on a complaint will be issued as a "Final Response". If you are not satisfied with betzo's Final Response, you may escalate the matter as described below.

Escalation: Where a complaint cannot be resolved through betzo's internal process, the matter may be escalated to betzo's licensing authority or the independent dispute resolution body designated by betzo's licence, details of which are available upon request from betzo's support team.

Disputes relating to game outcomes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the relevant game event. betzo's server logs shall be the primary and definitive record in the assessment of any game-related dispute.

16. Termination & Account Closure

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your betzo Account at any time by contacting betzo's support team. Upon closure, any Real Money balance remaining in your Account (net of any outstanding Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to KYC completion.

Closure or Suspension by betzo: betzo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• betzo has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• A Player has provided false or misleading information at any point.
• A Player has initiated a chargeback or payment reversal without prior authorisation from betzo.
• betzo is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory obligation, or court order.

Where an Account is closed by betzo for breach of these Terms, betzo reserves the right to forfeit any balance — including Real Money Funds — where permitted by applicable law and where such balance is reasonably attributable to the prohibited conduct that gave rise to closure.
